From high-stress call floors to crossing finish lines, Apollo has been out here working hard and spreading love!

Here’s what our favorite hardworking pup got up to this week:

⭐️ Dispatch Support: Apollo stopped by the Virginia Beach 911/311 Call Center to hang out with the amazing telecommunicators and dispatchers. Behind-the-scenes emergency personnel carry so much stress on every call, and Apollo was more than happy to step in for some much-needed belly rubs, head scratches, and low-stress downtime between dispatches. Thank you to all the dispatchers and personnel for everything you do!

⭐️ Double the 5Ks: Apollo didn't just stop at site visits, he also officially crushed two 5K walks this week! Whether pacing the route or bringing energy to the crowds at the finish line, he earned every single nap coming his way.

We had such a wonderful time at Business at the Barn!

There is truly nothing better than connecting face-to-face with our community. To everyone who paused their day to stop by our table, hear our story, and pour some love and pets into our dogs—thank you. Seeing your smiles and sharing what Crisis Canine Corps is all about reminds us exactly why we do what we do.

Educating people about a local resource and building real, meaningful connections mean the absolute world to us. We left the barn feeling so grateful, inspired, and deeply excited for all the incredible community partnerships ahead!

We are beyond honored to see our very own Crisis Canine Corps team, Erin & Apollo, recognized by USO Naval Station Norfolk!

While much of their dedicated work happens behind the scenes, their impact on service members, families, and staff is immeasurable. Because of the sensitive nature of these visits, photos are not often taken, but their unwavering commitment and readiness to show up whenever called upon speaks volumes.

We are incredibly grateful for this partnership and so proud of the unconditional love this team brings to the base.

Paws, love, and life-saving donations!

From easing donor nerves to sharing quiet moments of connection during donations, our therapy dog teams loved serving alongside our local community and chamber partners. ✨🐶

Our Crisis Canine Corps teams had the honor of spending time supporting Project Noelle! 🐾💚

Project Noelle does incredible, vital work providing hope and resources to children and families affected by the addiction crisis. Being able to bring our therapy dog teams in to offer comforting tail wags and a little extra brightness to their day means the world to us.

A huge thank you to Project Noelle for having us and for everything you do for kids in the community.

We’re so grateful for this partnership and can’t wait for our next visit!

Yesterday, we were proud to sponsor the American Red Cross of Northern Ohio Blood Drive at the Brunswick Library, where an incredible 39 pints of blood were collected!

With the current blood supply shortage, every donation matters. A huge THANK YOU to everyone who came out, rolled up a sleeve, and donated for a difference.

A special thank you to our own Shirley Graziano with Crisis Canine CORPS and her pup, Zodiac for keeping our donors comfortable and smiling!

We’re grateful for everyone who helped make this event such a success.
