🌊 Taking a step back 🌊

Diving into the world of surf therapy the past 3 years has been one of the most meaningful journeys of my life. But as part of a bigger push to start feeling like myself again so I can continue to dedicate myself to this work, I’ll be taking a step back from providing surf therapy this summer.

I will still be putting in work to help develop new ideas for the direction I want to take myPEAK in the coming years, and I’m already looking forward to sharing those ideas with my community.

I will also be unplugging from social media for a bit. So if you would like to reach me, you can still contact me at [email protected], or through the contact us form on our website. Hello Hampton Roads!! Next week on Thursday April 11th we’ll be hosting our inaugural Swellness Golf Tournament, at Sewells Point Golf Course, to help raise funds for our first season running surf therapy programs in Virginia Beach! ⛳️ For any local businesses that may want to participate as a sponsor, please feel free to reach out for the different marketing packages being offered. And for ALL our friends who aren’t local to Hampton Roads who want to still support, any in kind donations are always appreciated💙 We are also running a 10% discount on our Stoked Alien Tees as another way to help support! 🤙🏼

🇺🇸Wave Warriors Surf Camp 2023🇺🇸 Back in June I had the opportunity to jump in as a volunteer at the in VB. This awesome organization puts on this amazing event for the veterans in our community every year! It was so sick to see how this community we just moved to supports its own through surfing! Thank you to everyone who came out to support Hi-Wire on Friday and helped support our surf therapy programs! We had so much fun hanging out with everyone and meeting new friends 💙🤙🏼

Congrats to Ricky who took home the we raffled off with . So stoked we could send this home with a fellow health care worker who works with veterans everyday! Thank you for all you do 💙🌊
