FYI…

Yall do realize that the Virginia Department of Health has a program where you can get free carseats for any age needed and playpen with certain documents required. All you gotta do is call them and they'll send a link via email so you can upload the supporting documentation, then once approved, they'll email another link with a video to watch about safety, dos and don't, then they will call you for an appointment to pick them up.
I did it for my twins and it is a really simply process. The carseats were brand new.
This saved me alot of time and helped alot.

Hampton Healthy Families can help provide carseats and playpen as well.
