Well this was not what anyone expected. Holy moly you talk about a workout. These girls got their asses handed to them; but they never gave up. Rachel and Rachael with GRIT Fitness gave them the push they needed to make it through. Talk about a power hour. Pretty sure I will be very sore and slow tomorrow. Our winter conditioning is on a different level.

We call it going yard. Our 82 Grace Geluso did her thing today. This is the first homerun for Grace. Way to go kid!!!! And congratulations.

Can we give a huge high five to our Tatianna Serrano. She won the judges with her business model and brought in 5k. She’s doing her own business through the EBA program at Kempsville high school.
