This latest outbreak of 70 inmates & 10 deputies in the Virginia Beach City Jail is especially heartbreaking since we are based in VIrginia Beach.

About 2% of the sheriff's office staff tested positive and 6% of the jail's population.

Federal Defenders of San Diego says 56 inmates at Western Region Detention Facility tested positive for COVID-19; hundreds more results are pending.
