**LET’S TALK ABOUT ALCOHOL.**

How do you recognize when someone may have a drinking problem?

Sometimes the signs are obvious. Sometimes they’re hidden behind a smile, a job, a family, or a “I’m fine.”

🍷 Drinking to cope
🍷 Hiding or minimizing how much they drink
🍷 Changes in relationships, mood, or responsibilities
🍷 Trying to stop but struggling

**And when you notice the signs, what do you do?**

Don’t shame them. Don’t gossip. **Reach out. Listen. Encourage help.**

You never know who is silently struggling.

**Have you ever known someone who needed help but nobody knew how to approach them?**
