People of Change (POC) empowers underserved youth and families through education, mentorship, and community outreach. We provide access to life skills training, mental health support, and recovery resources to help individuals build strong, informed, and resilient futures.
Our mission is to break generational cycles of poverty by fostering personal growth, academic success, and community connection laying the foundation for lasting change
