Lynnhaven Wahoos 2028 - 11U

Congratulations to our Week 6 Challenge Coin recipient, Connor Haggerty!

The Challenge Coin isn't just handed out for big hits or flashy plays—it’s earned through hustle, high energy, toughness, and putting the team first from the first Pitch to the final out.

Once a player receives a Challenge Coin, they become our Leader for the next week, and will select the next Coin recipient.

Connor did an outstanding job all weekend of competing every pitch and being a tremendous teammate. Players make these decisions pretty easily when one of them punches a Baseball for a walk-off win to punch their Ticket into the Championship!

✅ ️Locked In from start to finish

✅ ️Delivering a CLUTCH Hit for a Walkoff Win to secure the teams spot in the Championship Game!

Our boys ended the the Weekend 2-1 in Field of Screams Tournament, dropping the Championship to the Drillers who played a great Baseball Game.

Back to the lab to continue making progress.

Go Wahoos!

Team training at BFP is built around developing the general physical qualities athletes need for their sport while testing and tracking progress along the way.

With youth athletes, our primary goals are to develop athleticism, coordination, body awareness, and relative strength while mixing in fun, competitive games. We place a heavy emphasis on sprinting, jumping, lateral speed, and mastering fundamental bodyweight strength patterns.

At this age, athletes need to learn how to control and move their own body in space so our training is focused on building a better a mover.

Putting in work off the field! ⚾️💪

Our Wahoos spent the day giving back at the Foodbank of Southeastern Virginia and the Eastern Shore, where the team packed 2 full pallets—300 bags of food—to help make sure kids in our local community don't go hungry.

Great plays happen on the field, but teamwork like this is what it’s all about!

Proud of these players for making a real difference in their Community! 💙📍
