VIA LINK’s Information & Data Management Solutions Department provides database design, dashboards, resource directories, training and management services for nonprofits and social service programs. Resources and Data:
VIA LINK’s resource team maintains the largest database of health and human services resources in the region, with over 5,000 organizations and programs. VIA LINK builds sophisticated data dashboards to share the large amount of data that our 2-1-1; crisis contact center collects. You can view the dashboards on vialink.org

VIA LINK is a part of the Louisiana 2-1-1 network that works in concert with public officials in the city, parish, and state to provide the latest disaster related information and available resources. Prevent Child Abuse Louisiana (PCAL):
VIA LINK houses the Louisiana affiliate for Prevent Child Abuse America (PCAL). PCAL has a mission of providing 24/7 emotional support for families, connection to parenting resources, advocacy for children and families, and education for those who care for Louisiana’s children. This is accomplished through 24/7 access to LA Parentline phone and text, educational training, resource referrals, outreach and collaboration, and advocacy. Support Groups:
Real Talk: A free, weekly, virtual support group for teens who are living with thoughts of su***de. Real Talk is available to any teen (ages 12-18) in the Southeast Region of Louisiana. Contact [email protected]
• Survivors of Su***de Loss: A free, weekly, statewide virtual support group for any adult (18+) in Louisiana who has lost a loved one to su***de. Contact [email protected].
• Postvention Services: VIA LINK’s clinical staff is available to an agency, school, or place of business following a traumatic death of a community member to facilitate postvention services. Care Coordination:
VIA LINK’s Care Coordination services help people address housing issues, food insecurity, financial problems and other needs A care coordinator works one-on-one with clients to understand their challenges and helps them enroll in the right services. As additional needs arise our staff assists with new services. VIA LINK is available to contract with organizations to provide care coordination to their clients. Join our Team:
