We always try our best to include an educational component to our events and the 10th Annual Utah Pacific Island Heritage Month Kick-Off is no different! We are excited to have some great community members and organizations with cultural booths to share more information and activities that highlight our unique, Pacific cultures and customs. The New Zealand American Society will share a wealth of knowledge about our cousins in Aotearoa!

You can catch the New Zealand American Society plus other incredible performers and vendors at the 10th Annual Utah Pacific Island Heritage Month Kick-Off on Saturday, July 30th from 5pm-10pm at Lodestone Park in Kearns. This is a family friendly, admission free event open to the entire community. Come celebrate a decade of Utah Pacific Island Heritage and support Pacific Island businesses!

NZAS is so excited to be part of this event! Want to learn more about Māori Culture? We are coming your way! Join us at our booth and learn some of our Myths and Legends and history about Aotearoa (New Zealand) and gain skills in speed, strength, agility and hand-eye coordination through our ancient games!

2 weeks until our 10th Annual Utah Pacific Island Heritage Month Kick-Off! This year we celebrate a decade of Utah Pacific Island Heritage Month. We invite all to join us at Lodestone Park in Kearns from 5pm-10pm as we recognize the contributions, rich history, and success of Pacific Islanders within the state of Utah. Live performances, food, sports, cultural activities, and so much more!

WE ARE STILL ACCEPTING INQUIRIES for vendors, performers, cultural educators, and community organizations who would like to have a table at this annual event. BUT DO NOT WAIT. OUR DEADLINE IS JULY 15TH! Each year we strive to make it better than the last and we've got a line-up of exciting activities and experiences for the entire family!
