The Housing Rehabilitation Loan Program, managed by TRI-The Resource Inc., provides up to $70,000 in 0% interest, deferred, forgivable loans to income-qualified homeowners or eligible rental units for essential home repairs. Applicants must have earnings at or below 80% of the area median income. The program focuses on addressing health and safety issues and helping preserve affordable year-round housing. It's official! FY25 has begun, and the Housing Rehab Program is now accepting applications from year-round homeowners in HARWICH, EASTHAM, TRURO and PROVINCETOWN who are in need of critical home repairs! Receive up to $70,000 per project, with work to be completed by Dec 31, 2026.
