On Monday we celebrated Martha’s Vineyard’s 4th Annual Jewish Culture Festival, and it was our best one yet.

The festival featured a gourmet Shabbat-inspired culinary experience by Chef Hudi Riven of VIP Kosher Events, kosher w**e reimagined by Steven McAllister and Dovid Riven, a conversation with Lior Raz, co-creator, writer, and star of Fauda, interviewed by Maya Sulkin of The Free Press; a concert by Shulem Lemmer; music by Yaeko Miranda Elmaleh of Naavi Strings; Overflowing Blessings with Moully; W**e Bottle Painting with Sara Mikli; the Stars in the Arts exhibition; live art by Sheina Yarmish; a Havdalah Workshop with Shmuly G; the Passport Makor Map with Sallyann Sack; and a live challah demonstration by Mandy Silverman of Mandylicious.

One of the highlights of the 4th Annual Jewish Culture Festival was the unforgettable Shabbat-inspired culinary experience, led by Chef Hudi Riven of VIP Kosher Events, known for his exceptional culinary creations. VIP KOSHER EVENTS

Guests enjoyed beautifully prepared kosher cuisine celebrating Jewish traditions from around the world, including freshly baked challah, beloved classics, and modern interpretations of Shabbat favorites. Every food station reflected the warmth, hospitality, and rich traditions of the Shabbat table.

Adding to the experience, Social Coast Beverage Co. crafted delicious signature cocktails, while Steven McAllister and Dovid Riven shared their expertise on kosher w**es, introducing guests to thoughtfully selected vintages and the stories behind each bottle.

It was more than a meal. It was an evening of community, culture, conversation, and connection that brought our Island together around the table. Thank you to everyone who helped make this unforgettable experience possible.

The 4th Annual Jewish Culture Festival showcased the heart of Martha’s Vineyard’s vibrant Jewish community.

The evening brought together friends, families, and community members for exceptional kosher cuisine, fine w**e, meaningful conversation, and unforgettable performances. Headliner Lior Raz captivated the audience with an inspiring discussion alongside Maya Sulkin, while Shulem Lemmer delivered a powerful performance that left the crowd deeply moved.
