🎉Congratulations to our July Youth Development Employee of the month – Ashton! Ashton joined our Youth Development team during the 25-26 school year. He is truly dedicated to the safety of the children in our program and children & parents look forward to seeing him daily.

Ashton is a big help in the Before and After School and Summer Day Camp programs. Ashton continually shows reliability, adaptability, constant communication, & willingness to learn. He takes initiative & offers help wherever and whenever he can and has shown tremendous growth since his start in 2025. He is always engaged in activities with the children as well as taking a moment to assist members. Thank you Ashton! 🤩

🤩Help us congratulate our July Family Center Employee of the Month – Ingrid! Having been with our YMCA for almost three years now, Ingrid began her time in our Youth Development programs, eventually transitioning to our Member Services Team. She still supports youth development by picking up shifts in the Child Watch area.

In the past year and half, Ingrid has shown tremendous personal and professional growth. She has gained confidence, poise and patience while dealing with members, both in daily activities and stressful situations.

Ingrid has continued to learn new skills and actively requests more responsibilities, while still giving her all to our members. She is a great asset to the team, and we are proud to have her as part of our Y family! 👋🎉
