We are out on High Street in Millville today, in front of DC Gallery & Studio, talking with our neighbors about what’s happening with ICE, immigration enforcement, and Delaney Hall.

We are handing out Know Your Rights information, answering questions, and most importantly, talking with folks about how ordinary people can get involved, organize, and help protect our communities.

Because while knowing your rights matters, knowing each other, building connections, and getting organized is how we build power.

Want to get involved? We’ll be back in Millville tomorrow, Saturday night, hosting an information session for anyone who wants to learn more and plug into the work.

We marched through pouring rain and a tornado warning tonight because this moment is too important to stay home.

Today, Trenton police arrested our compañera for exercising her constitutional right of simply documenting ICE. The police, instead of protecting the community from ICE who are actively violating people constitutional rights racial profiling them, instead the chose to focus on the people who are documenting.

Thankfully tonight she is home with her loved ones but the same can't be said for so many of our neighbors. Fathers, mothers, husbands, wives, brothers and sisters have been taken from their families and still haven't come home. And that is exactly why we do what we do.

If Trenton police won't intervene while ICE targets our communities and engages in racial profiling, then get out of the way of the people who will document it, expose it, and hold them accountable.

Don't arrest the people watching ICE. Start asking why ICE needs to be watched.

The rain didn't stop us. Police intimidation won't stop us. We will keep going.

🚨 ALL HANDS ON DECK IN TRENTON TONIGHT.

Today, an organizer documenting ICE activity in Trenton was stopped, pulled from her car, handcuffed, and arrested by Trenton police. Not for interfering with ICE or physically preventing them, but for simply documenting the atrocities they are committing. Documenting the kidnappings and for that, she was arrested.

This is bigger than one organizer. It is an intimidation tactic meant to scare all of us away from holding ICE accountable.

We’ve seen organizers threatened with arrest in Vineland and Pleasantville recently. In both of those instances there was large crowds with them but today in Trenton, she was alone and they followed through with their threat.

This is unacceptable and we can't let her be alone in this moment. We need to show up and let it be known, we won't let this be the norm.

This is all hands on deck. We need to show up BIG and make it clear: we will not be intimidated, we will not be silenced, and we will not stop documenting ICE.

So tonight 6 PM and Trenton City Hall show up and join us in making our voice heard loud and clear.

An attack on one of us is an attack on all of us. ✊🏽

PLEASANTVILLE PD DID ICE’S WORK FOR THEM TODAY

While community members were documenting ICE activity today, Pleasantville police stopped and harassed the people trying to keep our neighbors informed.

And while police kept eyes on the community, ICE kept moving deeper into Pleasantville where they kidnapped more community without us being able to exercise our constitutional right to ducment and film them.

Instead of protecting the public from masked federal agents operating in our neighborhoods, Pleasantville PD provided cover for them by interfering with the people documenting their atrocities.

Shame on Pleasantville PD. Every minute spent intimidating community observers is another minute ICE gets to operate without witnesses.

Stop policing the people watching ICE. Start protecting your community.

The government is escalating its attacks on immigrant communities. Raids, detention, intimidation, and racist scapegoating are being used to spread fear and isolate our neighbors. Our response has to be organization.

If you've been watching what's happening and wondering, "What can I actually do?" this is your chance to get involved.

This week we're holding two information sessions for people who want to join the fight for immigrant justice in our communities:

⚖️ Thursday, August 20: Know Your Rights in Bridgeton
Learn the rights everyone has when encountering ICE and how we can help make sure our neighbors know them too.

📣 Saturday, August 22: Rapid Response in Millville
Learn how community members organize to respond to ICE activity, document what happens, share verified information, and support impacted families.

They are organizing fear. Our response has to be organizing each other.

Come get connected and get involved. ✊🏽
