🚨 Scam Alert: Beware of IRS Impersonation Scams 🚨

The IRS is warning taxpayers about a scam involving a fake "Digital Asset Compliance Portal." Scammers may send letters, emails, or text messages claiming you must enroll before a deadline.

⚠️ Protect yourself:
• Do not scan QR codes from unsolicited letters, emails, or text messages.
• Do not click suspicious links or provide personal or financial information.
• Remember, the IRS does not contact taxpayers through unsolicited messages asking them to enroll in portals or verify information this way.

If you receive a message like this, don't fall for it—it's a scam.

Please help protect our community by sharing this information with family, friends, and fellow business owners. Staying informed is one of the best ways to prevent fraud.
