Business Feature: Best One Tire & Service 🛞
Founded in 1948, Best-One was created by Paul Zurcher in Monroe, Indiana with a $300 loan from the GI Bill. What started out as a single bay station has grown into over 250 locations across 26 states, one of them being right here in Downtown Vincennes.
Something that people may be surprised to learn about Best-One is that they are much more than tires -- they are a full automotive and commercial service provider. Their services include oil changes, brakes, alignments, suspension work, diagnostics, batteries, preventative maintenance, and more.
Outside of offering excellent service, Best-One Tires & Service has a focus on creating Raving Fans -- a term coined by Ken Blanchard in his book Raving Fans: A Revolutionary Approach to Customer Service.
Operated by Vincennes residents, Best-One is always looking for ways to better serve their customers and our community. One improvement they are excited about is their new review texting program that will allow them to connect more quickly with customers and make it easier to share their feedback.
When asked how they feel about being a part of the Downtown Vincennes community, the team at Best-One said that is means being a part of something bigger than themselves: "There's a strong hometown pride here, and we're proud to serve the people who live and work in this community every day."
