Hosted by the Vincennes Heart & Sole Running Club, this fun community event welcomes participants of all ages and skill levels! Events include sprints, relays, a mile run, long jump, and shot put.

Registration begins on-site at 6:15 PM.

Registration is now open for the 2026 Kids Triathlon, proudly sponsored by the YMCA of Vincennes, Good Samaritan Hospital, and the Vincennes Park and Recreation Department!

The 2026 Kids Triathlon will take place on Saturday, July 18, 2026, at Gregg Park and Rainbow Beach in Vincennes. This exciting event is open to all children ages 3–15 and provides a fun, challenging, and rewarding experience for participants of all ability levels.

Triathlon Divisions

Participants can choose from one of three divisions according to age or ability level:

Iron Division (Suggested Ages 12–15)
150-meter swim
4-mile bike ride
1-mile run
Race Start: 8:00 AM

Sprint Division (Suggested Ages 8–11)
50-meter swim
2-mile bike ride
½-mile run
Race Start: 9:00 AM

Family Division (Suggested Ages 3–8)
25-meter swim
½-mile bike ride
¼-mile run
Race Start: 10:00 AM

Family Division Guidelines:
Swim floaties are allowed in the pool.
Training wheels and balance bikes are welcome.
A parent or guardian (age 16 or older) may: Be in the water during the swim. Walk or run alongside their participant during the bike and run portions for encouragement and support only.

Important Safety Rules
E-bikes are NOT allowed.
All participants must bring and wear a properly fitted bike helmet during the bike portion of the triathlon.

Registration Fees (THIS WEEKEND ONLY)

$20 for the first child
$15 for each additional child

Thank you to everyone that participated in the 34rd Annual YMCA / Memering Motorplex Golf Outing! 🏌️

The money raised from this event will provide summer enrichment programs for local children as well as financial assistance scholarships.
