Unfortunately, there will not be one. However, we are not ruling out the possibility of one next year.

With much sadness, I have to announce this year's event will be canceled.

Please make plans to visit us in 2023.

As always, it is held the 3rd weekend in September at the Museum of Veterans and Military History located at 53 N. Mt. Olive Road in Vilonia, Arkansas.

Our first large-scale encampment is in the books! Thank you to everyone who attended, whether as a reenactor, a spectator, or a vendor. My goal has always been to first provide an escape from modernity and reality for everyone, even if for a few fleeting moments, and I think that was accomplished this weekend.

As with anything that is done for the first time, there were some speedbumps and hiccups that I am aware of that will be carefully evaluated and considered when planning the next one. Thank you to those who brought these to light for me. I appreciate the communication.
