DAY CAMP VOLUNTEERS NEEDED IN BAYSEA DISTRICT
To all Cub Scout Packs in Baysea district,
This is an invitation to all leaders & parents in Baysea who may be interested to take part this year in staffing our Daycamp which will be held
July 7 thru 11, 2014.
We need to get our younger leaders & parents involved in this great event. We will guide you through all of the preparation & training & work with you every step of the way. Here are some of the positions we'd like to fill: Camp Program director
Craft director
Scout skills director
Games leader
Swim leader
BB range & Archery range
director
Various station leaders as they are needed.
Your Boy Scouts can also get involved by serving on our camp daily
set-up & tear down teams & water camel teams. Boy Scouts must be 14 years of age to serve on the Daycamp Staff.
You all know the fun you and your boys had at last years "Knights of Akela" daycamp. Let's make this years Camp twice as much fun for our kids. Get involved! Our first Daycamp meeting will be held on February 17, 2014 in Cape May Court House, N.J. in the County Library on the lower floor; entrance is in the rear of the building (back parking lot).
So join me Frank LoMonaco, Bill Wasakanes our Camp Director, Sue Phillips our Craft Director and others to help plan a winning Daycamp for our Cubs! See you there!
