A champion is what a champion does.

TikiTaka Reunited vs. YSC International was a fiercely fought BEER CITY CUP final. After the final whistle, they learned what the EJK jerseys worn by YSC meant. They saw Elora, a 7-year-old athlete who should have had her whole future ahead of her, about children fighting the unthinkable DIPG & brain cancer battles, and that Elora’s dad had just been on that field playing for his little girl and for better outcomes for the kids who come after her.

There were tears and then they showed exactly what champions are made of. They chose to donate their championship winnings to the Elora J. Khan Foundation.

The trophy tells you who won the game. What you do afterward tells the world who you are. They won the match that day, but what they chose to do afterward is something only champions do.

For Elora, for the children we’ve lost, and for every child who deserves a chance to live. 💜

Meet our littlest EJK ambassador, Aurora! 💜✨

Her mommy and daddy poured so much love into Elora, and Elora loved them right back, even praying that God would bless them with a baby girl. 💜

Then came beautifu miracle, Aurora… born on the 15th, on a Wednesday, just like Elora. One of those God moments we’ll always hold close. ✨ With a big brother in heaven, this sweet baby girl has little extra love watching over her.

And now she’s out here repping Elora like the little baby boss she is. 😍💜 Little ambassador. Big personality. A light from a light!

McCollum Insurance Agency chose Elora. 💜⛳️

Today, they played for the Elora J. Khan Foundation at the Erie Insurance Charity Challenge - bringing home an incredible $4,000 for EJK.

Our hearts are so grateful to the entire McCollum team for choosing children fighting the unthinkable, believing in our mission, and carrying Elora's name with them today. And a heartfelt thank you to Erie Insurance for creating such a meaningful event and generously investing in charities making a difference across Pennsylvania.

Because of their kindness, we can continue bringing "God moments" to children and families, surrounding them with hope, joy, love and light when they need them most. ✨

✨ ROSIE IS GOING TO DISNEY! 🏰💜

For 7 of her 8 years, Rosie has lived through the unimaginable - AT/RT brain cancer, leukemia, 3 brain surgeries, 64 rounds of chemotherapy radiation, and setback after setback. Hospitals, procedures and treatments have taken up far too much of her childhood.

And yet, somehow, Rosie is pure sunshine. ☀️ She is happy, brave, full of personality, and has a smile that makes you forget for a moment just how much this little girl has endured.

Last Christmas, Rosie shared a special wish with Santa and Mrs. Claus. Today, on her 8th birthday, we had the incredible privilege of telling her...Her wish is coming true. ✨

Elora loved creating “God Moments” - moments of unexpected love, joy and hope for others. This year, that God Moment is for you, Rosie. 💜

So thankful for the people who continue to listen, encourage, and believe in the work we are doing through Elora J. Khan Foundation It's about bringing people together for our children and I'm grateful for every person willing to be part of that journey.
Grateful to Speaker Rep. Joanna McClinton for her continued kindness and support of children facing the unthinkable, and Regina Bromell Young, Councilmember Nina Ahmad (At-Large), Senator Sharif Street , Elizabeth Moro for PA160 , and so many others who continue to stand with us for children and families impacted by pediatric brain cancer.
Very hopeful for what's ahead. We will continue showing up, building bridges, and advocating for our kids. DIPG and pediatric brain cancer won't wait and neither should we. 💜
