xtends its work all over the country of Uganda although it has as its starting point the districts of Mbarara and Isingiro in Uganda - East Africa. The resource center was created to empower the people of Uganda and Africa as a whole, to emancipate themselves against the incredible poverty, terrible low standards of living, spiritual and moral decadence, and diseases which are horribly degrading to human life. The Center’s primary objective is to assist the poorest of the poor people in securing education health services, clean and safe water, creating and funding community-based micro organizations. He was born and raised in Kyezimbire, Isingiro District, Uganda. It was his inspiration to help his home region of Isingiro and empower the families there to raise themselves up and out of poverty. Even though Fr Leo is a Catholic priest, our organization is not affiliated with the Catholic Church or supported by any church organization. ABOUT OUR FUNDRAISING TEAM & BOARD OF DIRECTORS:
Our Board of Directors is comprised of a group of philanthropic people located mostly in the suburbs of Chicago and the Midwest/Southern region of the United States. 100% of the fundraising efforts managed through Fr Leo and the Board of Directors is allocated on Leti Resource Center Projects & Initiatives. We are a Guidestar Gold certified 501c3 organization with the sole purpose of empowering, educating and emancipating children and their families from poverty.
