I started the Kirby Chipps Foundation in memory of my dog Kirbert. Without him I would never be where I am. He helped me to achieve my dreams. To owner him our goal is to help people pay for unexpected veterinary bills. This will allow the human animal bond to stay intact and allow others to achieve their dreams as well.
