We’re excited to offer DECAL certified ECE training credits on two upcoming Saturdays:
📅 Saturday, July 11th (8:00 AM – 3:00 PM)
📅 Saturday, September 12th (8:00 AM – 3:00 PM)
Choose 6 hours or 12 hours of credit—whatever fits your schedule.
📍 Location: Tift County Extension Office
💲 $30 Registration Fee (includes 6 hours of credit and a Chick fil A lunch)

Last week, in partnership with Communities in Schools, Dooly County Extension had the opportunity to educate Dooly County High School students on the dangerous health effects of va**ng. The students showed great participation and had such thoughtful questions! Thank you, DCHS!!

Dooly County 4-Hers Shine at 2026 Junior–Senior District Project Achievement

Dooly County 4-H proudly celebrates the outstanding achievements of Kimora Odom, Kaleena Cotton, Kaleb Green, and Javis Bennett, who represented the county at the 2026 Junior–Senior District Project Achievement (DPA) held February 21–23, 2026, at Rock Eagle 4-H Center.

Throughout the weekend, these remarkable youth demonstrated leadership, dedication, and excellence across multiple project areas. Their accomplishments reflect the strong 4-H spirit and commitment to personal growth, leadership, and service.

We are especially proud of Kimora Odom, Southwest District Senior Board Member, and Javis Bennett, Southwest District Senior Board President, whose leadership and service continue to make Dooly County 4-H shine across the district.

Top Awards and Recognitions:
Kaleb Green – 1st Place, Public Speaking Project — Qualified for Georgia 4-H State Congress
Javis Bennett – 1st Place, Computer Information Project — Qualified for Georgia 4-H State Congress
Kaleena Cotton – 2nd Place, Sports Project

In addition, our graduating seniors were honored with their graduation cords, recognizing years of commitment, leadership, and dedication to the 4-H program. We are extremely proud of their achievements and the positive impact they have made in our community.

Dooly County 4-H congratulates all participants on a successful weekend and looks forward to cheering them on at Georgia 4-H State Congress this summer. These young leaders truly represent the best of what 4-H has to offer!

Kaleb Green and Mr. Quad attended the 2025 Georgia 4-H Gala on Saturday, August 23, 2024, at the Classic Center in Athens, Georgia.
It was a wonderful evening celebrating the impact of 4-H across our state. Kaleb had the special honor of delivering greetings and the Invocation during the event. A memorable night full of inspiration, connection, and 4-H pride!

Dooly County 4-H was excited to participate in the City of Vienna’s Back to School Bash! It was a fantastic opportunity to give back to our community, connect with families, and share the many great things 4-H has to offer.

During the event, we were proud to unveil our 2025–2026 Dooly County 4-H theme — Level Up with Dooly County 4-H! This inspiring theme was created by our very own Javis Bennett, a dedicated Dooly County 4-H’er and the Southwest District Senior Board President. We’re incredibly proud of Javis’s leadership and creativity in developing a message that encourages growth, learning, and taking 4-H involvement to the next level.
