The SCNOVA Congregational Advisory Council serves as a bridge connecting the Shepherd's Center of Northern Virginia to many faith-based congregations throughout our service areas. Our CAC representatives provide communications within their church home to relay upcoming SCNOVA news and events, correspond with non-member churches to spread awareness of SCNOVA's services, encourage non-participating churches to join the council, and provide outreach to the community, sharing SCNOVA volunteer opportunities and participant programs & services.
If you are located in the Oakton, Vienna, Reston, Herndon, Great Falls, Dunn Loring or Merrifield areas and are interested in becoming a Congregational Advisory Council member and representative for your church/mosque/synagogue please contact SCNOVA for more information, 703-281-0538.
