What a great morning for Rotary Club of Vienna Virginia and Town of Vienna! 💙💛
The Rotary Club of Vienna was invited by Visit Fairfax to participate in FOX 5 DC’s Zip Trip! live broadcast from the Vienna Town Green on August 7.
Our Rotary team arrived bright and early to share who we are and what we do—with our very hard-to-miss giant Rotary wheel helping make sure Rotary was visible throughout the morning! 😊
Dave, Charlie, and Mark also joined a brief on-air segment, highlighting Rotary’s partnership with the Town of Vienna and ViVa! Vienna! Memorial Day Weekend Festival, our annual Memorial Day weekend fundraiser that helps us support charitable, educational, and community organizations locally and beyond.
A big thank you to Visit Fairfax, Fox 5 DC, and the Town of Vienna for giving local nonprofits this wonderful opportunity to connect with the community and share their impact.
And thank you to our Rotary members who came out early to represent our club! 💙💛

🏆 We're Honored! 🏆 The Rotary Club of Vienna Virginia is proud to announce that ViVa! Vienna! Memorial Day Weekend Festival has been recognized as Rotary District 7610 Service Project of the Year! 🎉
For more than 40 years, Viva! Vienna! has been much more than a festival. It has brought together families, local businesses, volunteers, entertainers, and community organizations to celebrate everything that makes Vienna such a special place to call home. Every Memorial Day weekend, we also pause to honor the brave men and women who made the ultimate sacrifice for our country and recognize our Gold Star families.
This award belongs to the hundreds of dedicated volunteers, generous sponsors, talented performers, vendors, the Town of Vienna, public safety partners, and every community member who has supported Viva! Vienna! over the years. Your passion and commitment have made this event a tradition that strengthens our community while helping the Rotary Club of Vienna fund scholarships, local and international service projects, youth programs, and countless charitable initiatives.
Thank you, District 7610, for this incredible honor—and thank you to everyone who has been part of the Viva! Vienna! family. We look forward to celebrating with you for many years to come!
