In this workshop, given by Daphné, we will explore our stories, survival strategies and our shadow. We tend to believe these things are part of our true self, of our identity but often they are not. The stories we believe in can be very disempowering or simply not serving our true purpose. This work is part of the path for liberation and authenticity.

The tools we use are Authentic Relating and Possibility Management Thoughtware.
