As I Am…

No longer short changing myself for the comfort of others. I’m Me! And I love it here. Being comfortable in my own skin has been a challenge but here I am…embracing the woman God has called me to be 🙌🏾

I’m in such a better place than I used to be. Broken and entertaining thoughts that left me feeling discarded. Believing that in order for others to love me I had to change who I was. I wanted to be accepted even if that meant losing myself in the process. At the time it felt right.

My self love journey taught me that love starts within. I had to remember who I was before the relationships. And deeply understand why I chose to accept less than I knew I was worth. My insecurities started with valuing others opinions over my own. No more was I going to choose anyone else over me. My opinion matters.
