Rotary Club of Victorville Rotary Club of Victorville meets every Tuesday for fellowship at 11:30 a.m. and meeting at 12:00 noon at Spring Valley Lake Country Club.

The Victorville Rotary Foundation is supported solely by voluntary contributions from Rotarians and others who share our vision of a better world. Your gift enables us to fund projects and programs that improve the lives of people. The Rotary Club's Tuesday meetings are at the Spring Valley Lake Country Club.

Our Club brings home the Gold, not to mention the Silver, and Bronze too!

Assistant to the District Governor, Dan Harley stopped by this week and handed off three awards from this past weekend's District Assembly to Club President Steve Murray.
The Club received a Bronze Award for Club Service (Bryan Gillespie) and Community Service (Arsalee Morales), and a Silver Award was received for Vocational Service (Angel Espino). Bringing home the Gold Award was for Youth Service (Ryan McEachron) and Public Image (Chris Ackerman)!

Finally Dan presented Steve with a special Rotary Pin from Past District Governor Gilda Moshir!

The takeaway: the success of the Rotary Club of Victorville is not down to just one person, but to a team of individuals who strive to make our community a better place for all!

This week, the Rotary Club of Victorville proudly celebrated another graduating class of the Read B4K program, and what an incredible journey it has been. Over the past year, these young students have taken their very first steps into the world of reading, learning letters, sounds, words, and the confidence that comes with discovering they can read.

What makes this achievement even more remarkable is that many of these Pre-K students will now walk into Kindergarten already reading at a first-grade level. That is life-changing. In Rotary, we firmly believe education is one of the greatest tools to combat poverty, open doors of opportunity, and help shape brighter futures for children and families in our community.

The Rotary Club of Victorville is incredibly proud of the lives being impacted through this program year after year.
