🏀🏐 It’s BACK! You’ve been asking and we’ve been listening. Open Gym is officially returning to the James Roberts III Gymnasium starting JUNE 7, 2026! Grab your gear and hit the courts for basketball and volleyball sessions every Sunday.

$10 per person (Cash only!)
No Registration, just pay at the door.
35 participants per session (First come, first served).

🏀 Basketball Schedule
• Adults (18+): 9:00 AM – 11:00 AM
• Youth (17 & under): 11:30 AM – 1:30 PM
🏐 Volleyball Schedule
• Youth (17 & under): 2:30 PM – 4:30 PM
• Adults (18+): 5:00 PM – 7:00 PM

📌 Note: Adults need a photo ID. Students need a student ID.

The wait is officially over, Hesperia! Grab your towels, sunscreen, and flip-flops because the Lime Street Park Pool opens for the season this Saturday, May 23rd!
Whether you are looking to cool off, relax, or have some affordable family fun, the pool is ready for you.

🗓️ Open Swim Daily Schedule:
• Weekdays: 12:30 PM – 2:30 PM & 7:45 PM – 9:45 PM
• Weekends: 12:30 PM – 2:30 PM & 7:00 PM – 9:00 PM
• Holidays (Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day): 12:30 PM – 2:30 PM & 3:00 PM – 5:00 PM
• Cost: Only $5.00 per person, per session!

🏊‍♀️ Lap Swim Schedule:
• Days: Monday, Tuesday, and Friday
• Time: 4:00 PM – 5:30 PM
• Cost: Only $2.00 per person, per session!

Hesperia Junior High School is hosting a Community Job Fair next week!

This FREE event will take place from 10am-1pm on Monday, June 1st at Hesperia Junior High School, located at 10275 Cypress Ave.

This Job Fair will feature employers including: The Town of Apple Valley, City of Hesperia, San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Department, San Bernardino County Probation, Victor Valley College, Adelanto Elementary School, Excelsior Charter School, Victor Valley Global Medical, the U.S. Army & Air Force Exchange Service, and more!

Attendees will have the opportunity to explore a variety of positions ranging from entry-level to skilled careers. Organizers encourage job seekers to bring copies of their resumes and “dress to impress.”
