High Desert Cancer Connection High Desert Cancer Connection is a compassionate community of volunteers dedicated to supporting cancer patients and their families throughout their journey.

Proudly voted Best Nonprofit in the High Desert in 2024. “You have cancer” are three words no one ever wants to hear. A cancer diagnosis is a life-changing situation. You and your family are faced with the uncertainty and worry that comes with such a diagnosis.... know... that you are not alone! The Cancer Awareness Action Team (CAAT) are a group of volunteers that are here to help you and your circle of supporters navigate through this journey. From diagnosis, treatment and beyond. Regain a sense of control over your life and experience the support of others who have been down the road you are now traveling. High Desert Cancer Connection have 2 locations that provide wigs, blankets, items to help you through your cancer journey. A safe-haven where anyone whose world is disrupted by cancer can regain control and make sense of their new normal... we are here to help and/or point you in the right direction!
