Puedes aprender habilidades importantes para ayudar a otras personas en una emergencia. Esta clase de RCP dura solo 3 horas y te da certificación el mismo día de la American Heart Association.

Lo que aprenderás:
• RCP para adultos, niños y bebés
• Primeros auxilios
• Cómo usar un DEA (desfibrilador)
Detalles de la clase:
• Cupo limitado, según orden de llegada
• Máximo 40 personas en la clase en inglés
• Máximo 30 personas en la clase en español
• Edades 14+ (un padre o tutor debe ayudar a menores a registrarse)
• El horario puede cambiar
• El registro empieza 1 hora antes de la clase

You can learn important skills that help you protect others in an emergency. This CPR class is only 3 hours and gives you same‑day certification from the American Heart Association.

What you’ll learn:
• CPR for adults, children, and infants
• First aid
• How to use an AED (defibrillator)
Class details:
• First come, first serve
• 40 people maximum for English class
• 30 people maximum for Spanish class
• Ages 14 and up (a parent/guardian must help minors register)
• Schedule may change
• Registration starts 1 hour before class

For 30 years, IEHP has believed that caring together begins with staying active and connected. 🏃‍♀️✨

Join us at our Community Wellness Centers for a family-friendly "30 for 30" wellness challenge running now through November—focused on movement, connection and building healthy habits.

Stop at your local IEHP CWC, take part in challenges and join us at the grand opening of our San Bernardino CWC for a community celebration on Nov. 21. 🎊

Activities include dancing, Glow Cardio, arts & crafts, Baby & Me social time, mindful stretches and more.

In October, our center will close at 5 PM instead of 6 PM.
