Kambry's Kaleidoscope

Kambry's 13th birthday is Saturday! Oh how I wish we could celebrate her, with her. We would love to tie dye the world on May 10th and ask our friends and family to join us in wearing tie dye or super bright colors on Saturday. One of my biggest fears and worries is that people will forget and not remember this amazing, beautiful and vibrant girl and I find so much comfort in seeing others remember my baby girl so please comment a pic on this post of your bright, and tie dye here so we can see them! This picture was taken in February of 2022, the school had a tie dye day and they were sporting their newest tie dye creations, these two cuties always had the best time together and the back to back was their signature pose lol As always remember to look at life through the kaleidoscope and see the beauty in the ordinary! Until the last few months I have been fairly private in my grief and so sharing this today is a little out of my comfort zone. But these pictures will forever be some of my favorites. Today we focused as well as we could on being present for the kids, but memories always flood in especially on a day like today, and in an instant it's 2021 again, and everything is perfect again, Christmas now just isn't quite as sparkly as it used to be. Hug your babies close I'm so thankful I didn't know it would be our last but I'm so thankful to have the pictures and memories of the best Christmas of my life with all of them. Today was good, with lots of smiles and fun and that's ok, my husband and I cried today and that's ok. Look for the happiness hold on to the good fight through the tears and keep going. My girl is waiting for me and I'm one Christmas closer. I'm so very thankful for my Kaison and Kazzy Jo they make everything amazing, we have kept some old traditions and made some new ones and life is wonderful, not what it used to be, its different and we're all different and thats ok too. Merry Christmas!

One of Kambry's favorite things was Christmas! After moving to Oklahoma she fell in love with Crystal Chrismas and this year we were able to get her a memorial tree there! Please feel free to take a picture there with her tree and share it here for our family to get to enjoy seeing the love everyone has for our girl.

We were blessed to be able to purchase a brick at the Oklahoma City Zoo in memory of our beautiful little girl that loved animals! It was purchased last November and put in this summer you can find it to the right of the entrance to the zoo.

This page is to celebrate the life of an extraordinary little girl. One that saw the good in everyone, and the beauty in all things. She packed a lot of living into a life that was way too short. Kambry will forever live on in the beauty of dandelion wishes dancing in a summer breeze, and in the hearts of those blessed enough to have known her.
