💜💛 A huge thank you to Callie Prier for once again taking the memorable 5th grade pictures that our families absolutely cherish year after year. What an incredible tradition this has become for our students and community.

As these 5th graders finish up their final days at Vian Elementary, we hope each and every one of them knows just how proud we are of them. This group of students has brought so much joy, laughter, personality, growth, and school spirit to our hallways. They are a wonderful group of kids with bright futures ahead of them.

Watching them reach this milestone is both exciting and emotional. Elementary school has been filled with memories, friendships, lessons, and moments they will carry with them for years to come.

We wish all of our 5th graders the very best as they begin their next adventure. Keep working hard, keep being kind, and keep believing in yourselves.

🟢 Saved by the Bell – Lunch & Hydration Day

When the lunch bell rings… our teachers and staff are getting SAVED by the bell today! 💜💛

A huge thank you to our Vian principals, cafeteria staff, and PTO for helping provide lunch. We also provided a hydration station for our amazing teachers, staff, and administration today. It is always such a huge hit!

From early mornings to late afternoons, our school employees give so much of themselves to our students every single day, and we are incredibly grateful for all they do for Vian.

Thank you to everyone who helped make Teacher & Staff Appreciation Week such a fun and meaningful week for our school family.

✨ You’re Invited to Vian’s VIP Ball! ✨

Join us for a fun and unforgettable evening at Vian’s VIP Ball on April 18th from 5:00–8:00 PM in the cafetorium!

💡 Each student will receive a FREE glow stick to light up the night!
🍿 Concessions and fun accessories will be available for purchase during the dance.

👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 Important Reminder: All students must be accompanied by an adult (their VIP) to attend.

🎉Attention Parents of 8th Graders! 🎉

We need your help to make this year’s dance a fun and memorable night for our students! We’re looking for support in a few areas:

🍕 Food & Drink Donations
All that dancing works up an appetite! We are in need of snacks and drinks for the dance.

🎈 Decorating Help
We will be decorating for the dance on Friday, April 10th, and would love an extra set of hands (or several!).

👀 Chaperones Needed
We also need volunteers to help supervise and keep everything running smoothly during the dance.

✨ Vian 8th Grade Dance Announcement ✨

We are excited to announce the upcoming 8th Grade Dance for our students at Vian! This will be a semi-formal event, and students are encouraged to dress up and enjoy a special evening together.

Important details:
💜This dance is for 8th grade students enrolled at Vian.
💛An 8th grade student may invite one guest who is a 7th or 9th grade student enrolled at Vian.
💜Once students check in to the dance, they may not leave until the event ends.
💛There will be fun, exciting activities, music, food, and memorable moments throughout the evening.

💫 Calling all parents of 8th graders!
We need volunteers and donors to help make this a magical and memorable night for our students. If you are willing to:

• Help decorate
• Assist with clean-up

📸 5th Grade Picture Day – April 2nd 📸

5th grade pictures will be taken on Thursday, April 2nd in the morning during 1st hour by Callie Prier.

This is a special moment as these will be your last pictures in elementary school, so be sure to dress your best, bring your biggest smile, and show off that great personality!
