Passing on information about membership renewals being available online. If you renew your membership online, then when you fill out the membership application form in your league, you should mark the "Paid on BOWL.com" box on the form. And, yes, when you renew your membership online, you still need to fill out a membership application form for each league you bowl in.

Welcome to the 2026-27 bowling season. It's hard to believe that we are that close to the start of the league season.

In preparation, you can head over to bowl.com and renew your membership using a credit/debit card and be one step ahead of the game. This does not take place of the physical cards that must be filled out, but allows you another option to pay.

When you renew online, there will be a 5% processing fee. This equates to around an extra $1.10.

When renewing online, remember to have your membership number handy so that we are not duplicating membership numbers.

We cannot wait to see you all on the lanes again!

Rest in peace Jakob Butturff. You will be missed by your Southern Tier USBC family and friends. 💔❤️

It is with profound sadness that the bowling community has lost Jakob Butturff. He passed away at the young age of 32.
Supremely talented on the lanes, when he was at our establishment we all just knew him as Butters.
We were proud to say he called our little bowling alley his home center in recent years when on TV.
Jakob was the brightest light with a heart of gold and friends with everyone at the lanes.
Jakob we are going miss your smiling face.
Until we meet again our friend.
You will be missed.

The deadline for signing up to attend the 17 Annual ST-USBC Hall of Fame and Awards banquet is July 24. The banquet will be held at Midway Lanes and will include a buffet featuring Slow Roasted Prime Rib served from a Chef Carving station, The cost is $37 per person with a limit of 80 people attending.

This year the Southern Tier USBC Hall of Fame Class of 2026: Superior Performance – Gary Burns; Senior Star – Victor Corbin Jr.

We are also honoring Bowlers of the Year – Timothy Sladish and Danielle Knittle and Youth Scholarship Award winners – Aubriana Tyler, Dominick Bernthon and Joseph Dean.

Congratulations to Timothy Sladish and Danielle Knittle for earning ST-USBC Bowler of the Year honors for the 2025-2026 season! This is a first-time award for Tim and a second-time award for Danielle.

They both will be honored at the ST-USBC HOF dinner at Midway Lanes on August 2nd.

It is with great sadness I share that we have lost another member of our bowling family, James Potenziano. Jim passed peacefully on May 28, 2026. He was a long-time member of the former Binghamton and Endicott Bowling Associations and the Southern Tier USBC. He was inducted into the Southern Tier USBC Hall of Fame in 1992. Jim will be dearly missed. Rest In Peace Jim! 🙏❤️

If any of our High School Seniors are wondering if they should submit applications for our ST-USBC Scholarship program, remember SMART money is not just for college. It can be used for trade school as well. You have 8 days left to get your completed applications turned into the ST-USBC office.

Please make sure if you have money in SMART from tournaments or other bowling scholarships that you use it. Many youth bowlers forget that they have money in SMART that can be used for their further education needs.
