Support for NJ State Prision prisoners rights

A lot.of times we don't stop to think much of those who are locked up one it isn't someone you know personally or you feel they deserve it all. And yes even though a punishment of the crime(s) is nessasary the treatment and lack of correct treatment isn't what is deserved. At the end of the day we are all humans on different journeys in life. We as humans have human rights amd these prisions are taking that away from them. And us put here who can actually do something to help just say ehh whatever I don't care they deserve it. No they do not deserve to be ignored when they are coughing up blood not they do not deserve to be strapped to a chair butt naked and be forced to take a medication that makes them worse. They do not deserve to be handcuffed and beaten by the people that are suppose to be protecting us. They don't deserve to not have cool air or heat n hot water. They have already had everything taken from them then to add on the ignorant actions of the officers who if they didn't have a badge and sense of authority would never cross those lines play games with people's lives amd we sit here and pay them to do it because we are told we have to pay the government for our free slavery.

This is a bill NJ is trying to pass for medical services. Reading this and knowing NJ this one yells me it opens up so many loopholes for them to get away with having worse doctors then they have roght now. This also shows that they can pick amd choose from many sources that help them financially more then the inmates who are being neglected.

I know that things happen in prision yet our taxes are paying these correction officers of all statues to be criminals basically. See its okay for a C/O to set inmates up and to bring drugs into the prision to look the other way to push off inmates serious health issues because they don't want to do the paper work. Now they are protected by a tort law (paraphrasing). I know this happens in every prision and I am aware that not all C/Os are apart of it. I have personally seen some C/Os actually treat inmates as humans. Yet there are more that are corrupt then there are good. But as it seems in this world today that is just people not position. And yet those in position are abusing the position. Many say they fight for their rights and yet because the system is the way it is we get put into circles to the point we are just tired of the bull so many give up. I know many have said all the things I am I get that and yet still one way or another we need to come together as a unit of loved ones for those who's coices were taken away weather the case is big or small

This group is for those who have loved ones in NJ state Prision who desire to help fight the system in order to get at the very least better health care for inmates. As well as to help them fight for their rights as humans. Any information is helpful.
