Tyson Library The library provides contemporary and traditional library resources and services for all ages in an effort to enhance community life.

Materials, computers, & meeting rooms are available for public use. Visit our website for a list of holiday closings! The library, dedicated in 1942 by a bequest from James Henry Tyson, provides contemporary and traditional library resources and services for all ages in an effort to support our patrons and our community. A variety of items, programming, and reference materials are available to meet the evolving educational, recreational and informational needs of the public. We have many programs available for all age groups and we have an excellent staff dedicated to helping serve your needs. Most of the programs we offer are free to the public and those that are not are denoted on the listed event. We will accept requests for future programs that holds public interest.
