Last night, we were honored to celebrate 25 years of Christ-centered ministry with our friends at Lexington Rescue Mission! For 25 years, LRM has faithfully served individuals and families experiencing homelessness, poverty, and some of life’s most difficult circumstances in the Lexington community.
Isaiah House is grateful to be part of that mission. Our Community Health Center shares a building with Lexington Rescue Mission, but our partnership goes far beyond shared space. Together, we are working to bring compassionate, Christ-centered care, hope, and resources to some of Lexington’s most vulnerable neighbors.
We were especially proud of Isaiah House Client Care Navigator Courtney Hazelett, who shared her own powerful journey at the banquet and spoke about how ministries like Isaiah House and Lexington Rescue Mission were foundational to the successful life she has built in recovery.
Courtney’s story is a beautiful reminder of what can happen when people are met with faith, compassion, opportunity, and a community that believes in them.
Isaiah House and Lexington Rescue Mission share more than a building. We share a mission and a heart for serving those in greatest need. We are incredibly grateful for this partnership and look forward to continuing this work together.
