Join the Kentucky Bourbon Influencers for a four-course bourbon pairing dinner at The Kentucky Castle. KBI is partnering with The Kentucky Castle for this one-of-a-kind experience featuring Peerless Bourbon products.

This dinner features cocktails and neat pours featuring 5 different Peerless spirits!

Doors will open at 6:30 pm with passed appetizers and the bar available. Dinner will start at 7 pm.

Caramelized Pear Bruschetta with Manchego Cheese and Crispy Fried Prosciutto

Hi Members - we still have a few spots available for this event on March 8! Our board member and owner of the brand Bourbon Rabbi, Chaim, is cooking up some delicious BBQ for us. Will get to preview our private label/KBI Barrel Pick, 9 year Bardstown, KY Rye, and sample Bourbon Rabbi’s products. Tickets are required to attend and space is limited. This dinner features cocktails and neat pours using Limestone Branch products, including Minor Case Rye Whiskey, Yellowstone Rum Cask Bourbon, Yellowstone Toasted Bourbon, Yellowstone Small Batch, and more.

The tasting will be led by Stephen Fante, the Brand Ambassador and Executive Bourbon Steward at Limestone Branch Distillery in Lebanon, KY. His previous experience in the coffee and tea business, working as a tea sommelier and national director of restaurants and country clubs, has been instrumental in developing his fine-tuned palate, which he now puts to use tasting some the finest bourbon.
