The Rotary Club of Vero Beach Oceanside members have begun their Josh the Otter presentations for the 2026. The Josh the Otter program is a Water Safety & Awareness Project whose goal is to educate children with a delightful story about Josh learning to float and swim. Within the next 6 weeks, 15 other area preschools will hear the simple message: TO STAY AWAY FROM WATER UNLESS ACCOMPANIED BY AN ADULT. For over 14 years, the Oceanside club members have volunteered to make presentations to the area preschool children about this important safety message.
