A New Connection for Our Community!

The new I-95 interchange at Oslo Road is officially open! 🎉

This is an exciting milestone for Indian River County and a great new connection for our community. 🌴

Here’s what this project brings to our area:

🛣️ Four lanes on Oslo Road for improved traffic flow
🌉 A new bridge over I-95 for better connectivity
🚲 New bike lanes and sidewalks for more ways to get around
💡 Improved lighting and safety features
🚑 Better emergency response times along the corridor
🚗 Easier access for residents, businesses, and visitors

It’s more than a new interchange, it’s an investment in connectivity, safety, and opportunity for our community. 💙

Yesterday, we had the opportunity to visit the Three Corners project and step inside the historic old power plant with Project Manager Peter Polk. Peter was incredibly kind to take us around the property and share his excitement about the great opportunities ahead, while also giving us insight into the unique challenges of the property.

It was a fascinating opportunity to see the site firsthand, learn more about the vision for Three Corners, and better understand the work that goes into transforming a property with such history and potential.

Thank you to Peter Polk for welcoming us and sharing his time, knowledge, and enthusiasm, and to Doug Dombrowski, Economic Development Manager for Indian River County, for joining us on the visit.

We’re excited to follow along as the vision for Three Corners continues to take shape!
