❤️ Making a Dyer Difference in St. Lucie County

Dyer Chevrolet Fort Pierce is proud to recognize United Against Poverty of St. Lucie County as a Dyer Difference Award recipient!

United Against Poverty helps individuals and families move toward long-term self-sufficiency through food assistance, crisis support, and workforce development. Their STEP employment program is especially impactful, helping people overcome barriers to employment with job skills, career planning, interview preparation, and connections to employment opportunities.

Serving more than 43,000 people locally, their mission is about more than providing help—it’s about giving people the tools and opportunities to get back on their feet and build a better future. ❤️

We’re proud to support their upcoming Lifting UP Lives Celebration: “A Million Dreams” on October 9 and, most importantly, the work they do every day in our community.

Congratulations, Indian River Soccer Academy! ⚽

We’re excited to congratulate Indian River Soccer Academy (IRSA), selected by Dyer Mazda as a September Dyer Difference Award recipient! ❤️

IRSA serves more than 1,200 local families, providing young athletes with opportunities to learn, grow, build confidence and develop lifelong friendships through soccer.

What really stood out to us is their commitment to making sure financial hardship never keeps a child from having the opportunity to play. Last year alone, IRSA awarded more than $40,000 in scholarships to help local children participate.

That commitment to our youth and our community is what the Dyer Difference is all about.

We’re proud to support Indian River Soccer Academy and the incredible work they continue to do for families throughout our community. ⚽❤️

💙 Dyer Difference Award | September 2026

We’re proud to congratulate Harry’s Hidden Acres Sanctuary, Inc., our September Dyer Difference Award recipient, presented by Dyer Subaru Vero Beach! 🐴💙

Harry’s Hidden Acres provides a safe place for abused, neglected, and abandoned animals, giving them a second chance through rehabilitation, proper nutrition, medical care, lifelong sanctuary, and rehoming whenever possible.

Their mission also reaches into our community through education, outreach, and meaningful interactions with their rescue animals. Their gentle horses and other animals have brought joy and comfort to children, families, and individuals facing difficult circumstances.

As a Dyer Difference Award recipient, Harry’s Hidden Acres will receive support to help provide for the physical needs of their horses and continue important fencing repairs at the Sanctuary.

And our support doesn’t stop with the award. Dyer Subaru Vero Beach is also proud to sponsor Big Al’s Open House on Saturday, October 24, from 10 AM–12 PM, giving our community an opportunity to visit the Sanctuary, meet the animals, and learn more about the incredible work happening right here in Fellsmere. 🐴🍂

🇺🇸 Congratulations to the American Gold Star Mothers of Indian River County, our September Dyer Difference Award recipient! 💙❤️

Dyer Chevrolet is proud to recognize this incredible organization for its continued dedication to our local military members, veterans, and their families.

Through their work in Indian River County, the American Gold Star Mothers help support vital programs for veterans and active military members, including PTSD recovery and support groups, emergency assistance, outreach, and opportunities that bring veterans together and remind them they are not alone.

Their upcoming Annual Walk-A-Thon for Military & Veteran Su***de Awareness will take place on November 1, 2026, at Riverside Park, with a walk around Memorial Island. Proceeds will help support local organizations providing PTSD recovery, mental health resources, and veteran services.

We are honored to support their mission and the hundreds of local veterans, military members, and families they serve. 🇺🇸

PROVIDING FOR OUR PROTECTORS 💙🐾

We’re proud to recognize K9 Strong, Inc. as a recipient of the Dyer Difference Award in SLC! 🐕‍🦺🏆

These incredible working K9s put themselves in harm’s way every day alongside their handlers to help protect our communities. K9 Strong works to make sure they have the equipment they need to do their jobs safely—from ballistic vests and first-aid supplies to training equipment, tracking leads, and other essential gear.

And their impact is incredible: nearly 400 law enforcement K9 teams have received assistance, including teams right here in St. Lucie and Indian River counties. 💙

We’ve had the opportunity to see K9 Strong’s work firsthand and know the difference they are making for local law enforcement agencies and the four-legged officers who serve beside them.

What makes their mission even more special? K9 Strong is entirely volunteer-run, with a simple but powerful mission:

🐾 “Providing for our Protectors.”

⚽️💙 August Dyer Difference Award! 💙⚽️

Dyer Kia Lake Wales is proud to recognize the Rey Jei Community Foundation as an August Dyer Difference Award recipient!

Sometimes the biggest difference starts with simply giving a child a place to play, belong, learn and grow.

Through soccer, Rey Jei is creating those opportunities for approximately 500 young athletes. Kids ages 4–18 have a positive place to stay active, build confidence, learn teamwork and discipline, make friendships, and discover what they are capable of — both on and off the field.

What makes their mission even more special is their commitment to inclusion, creating opportunities for children with autism to experience the joy and benefits of being part of the game in a supportive and welcoming environment. ❤️

Youth sports are about so much more than wins and losses. They can give a child a team, a mentor, a goal to work toward and memories that last a lifetime.

That’s a difference worth celebrating.

Continuing a Dyer Difference Tradition! 💙

Dyer Mazda Vero Beach is proud to recognize The Arc of Indian River County as a recipient of the Dyer Difference Award!

For more than 50 years, The Arc has been an important part of our community, supporting and empowering individuals with special needs to achieve their life goals while advocating for their acceptance and inclusion as valued members of our community.

The Arc serves more than 220 individuals locally, and we are proud that the Dyer Difference has been able to support their mission for several years. Partnerships like this are what the Dyer Difference is all about — continuing to stand behind organizations that make a meaningful impact year after year. ❤️

This year, The Dyer Difference Award will help support the 11th Annual Tommy Danaher Memorial Golf Classic, happening Saturday, October 17 at Sandridge Golf Club. Funds raised through the tournament help The Arc continue providing its important programs and services right here in Indian River County.
