Day 1 of Bike Camp is in the books, and WOW… what a day! 🚴💚

Twenty-five riders showed up ready to work, and an army of incredible volunteers showed up ready to support them every step (and pedal!) of the way.

Watching confidence build, friendships form, and goals start to feel possible is exactly why we brought this camp to Indian River County.

Learning to ride a two-wheel bike is about so much more than a bike. It’s freedom. It’s independence. It’s confidence.

We have a lot of work ahead of us this week, but after today, I know these riders are up for the challenge.

LET’S GO! It’s going to be an amazing week! 💙🚴

Fridays at 10:45 AM, we have a boxing class at Vero Fitness where we partnered with the RISE Center, another local nonprofit supporting adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities through life skills, community involvement, and programs that promote independence, to bring their clients alongside our Sunday Strong athletes for a 45 minute workout with Paul Alerte!
