We are proud to announce our newly elected Vice President of the county council. Please join us in welcoming back one of our past presidents Michael C. Marsh.

Michael holds an AA, AS, BAS, from Indian River State College and a MBA from Florida Atlantic University. He has held notable titles such as Student Government President while at Indian River State College and PTA Secretary & President of Indian River County Council. The first President to make sure every local unit had a PTA. He has served in other leadership roles by being voted as the School District representative for the MPO & served on the social studies, student code of conduct committees. He enjoys activism and advocacy on all levels. Michael proudly serves as the founder and Executive Director of TeamSuccess Enterprises INC. Let’s give Michael a warm PTA hello!!
