Tonight is Rocket building night. The rain may hamper our launch plans, but rocket building will still happen thanks to a covered, outdoor pavilion at Rockville Fish and Game Club. Dress for the weather and arrive at 6:00 PM for some rocket building fun!

Weather was perfect for our troop Klondike competition. We saved the boys favorite-fire building without matches or a lighter and burn through a string-for last. Both patrols did awesome!

What a great day for urban navigation yesterday! We welcomed webelos 2 scouts from Pack 221 who joined us for a 5.6 mile hike around Hartford. Scouts learned orienteering using a map and compass and saw a number of historical areas in our capital city.
