The City of North Vernon would like to recognize and congratulate one of our own, Samantha, on an incredible accomplishment: successfully graduating from the Jennings County Adult Recovery Court (ARC) Program!

Graduating from Adult Recovery Court represents far more than just completing a program. It represents hard work, patience, accountability, perseverance, personal growth, and a commitment to building a better future. Samantha has worked incredibly hard to reach this milestone, and we are proud to celebrate alongside her.

We are also incredibly grateful for the many individuals who make programs like Adult Recovery Court possible. Thank you to the judges, probation officers, ARC staff, counselors, law enforcement officers, court personnel, treatment providers, community partners, and everyone else involved who dedicate their time and efforts to helping individuals overcome challenges, remain accountable, and successfully work toward recovery.

The City of North Vernon strongly believes in the importance of second chances for members of our community who have made the decision to change their lives and have put in the work necessary to move forward. Recovery is not an easy road, and accomplishments like this deserve to be recognized and celebrated.

Samantha has not only demonstrated that commitment through her personal journey, but also through her work for the City of North Vernon. She has earned tremendous praise for her work ethic, reliability, dedication, and the quality of work she provides to our community. We are grateful to have her as part of our team and even more grateful to see her reach such an important milestone.

Samantha, congratulations on your graduation and everything you have accomplished along the way. Your past does not define your future, and the work you have put into creating a better one is something worth celebrating. We are proud of you and look forward to seeing everything you accomplish next!
