The Fall Book Fair is almost here!

Starting on Friday, 11/6 and going through Friday 11/13, you can volunteer your time at any of our D73 schools.

🚘 Buy tickets now for a discounted price or on the day of the event! 🚘
🎃 And we are still looking for volunteers to assist at the event! 🎃

🎃 Setup and cleanup
🎃 Check-in and cashier
🎃 Traffic flow
🎃 Host a trunk!

🍂🍻 Join us at the Mellody Farm Harvest Festival! 🍂🍻

The Mellody Farm Harvest Festival (formerly Hoptoberfest) will be on Saturday 10/24 in Mellody Farm!

🍁 FREE family-friendly seasonal activities from 10a-2p
🍁 Pet-friendly fun, shipping, and giveaways
🍁 Full day of live entertainment
🍁 Ticketed food and drink experiences from 4-8p, including Bites & Sips and Bourbon & Bonfires

This amazing festival if sponsored by Eagle Ridge Resort & Spa, and proceeds will benefit US!

The PTO has a NEW online dial --- now called the Eagle Directory!!

The Eagle Directory will be our new family / student directory, giving you more control and better functionality than ever before, including:

✅ Easier way to update your contact information
✅ More flexible privacy setup
✅ A more secure, streamlined experience overall

🫵 So what do YOU need to do? 🫵

First, Create a Membership Toolkit Account using the link below!!

Once you're in, you can add parent and student information into the directory and turn on and off exactly what you want people to see. It's that simple!

👉 PLUS our newly launched Eagle Directory is still FREE while we allow families to add themselves. But soon, the directory will cost a nominal fee in order to access the information.
👉 ALSO, the FIRST 10 families from each school to add themselves to the directory will receive both of our PTO Discount Cards for FREE as a THANK YOU for helping us build out our new system!
👉 AND we'll be rolling out new features daily as we fully transition away from our current system, so keep an eye out!

Fall is here and we are so excited for the seasonal events we have coming up!

🩵 10/13 October PTO Meeting at Elementary South OR join us virtually! We also have FREE onsite childcare available!
