7:10 Foundation

7:10 Foundation 7:10 Foundation is a 501(c)3 non profit organization. Our main goal is to help provide support to people in need in Haiti; spiritual, financial, physical.

7:10 Foundation was founded in 2014 with a vision to help widows in Haiti. The name comes from scripture, Zechariah 7:10. Following our calling from God, we have been able to purchase property in La Digue Haiti, and start building a widowage. This property will build homes for homeless widows, that have no place to live. The goal is to have them be self sustainable through trades like gardening an

d farming. As of May 1st, 2017 we have built 1 home for a widow, purchased 1 home for a widow, and provided housing for a widow while we raise money for another house on the widowage for her. We have also built 4 homes outside of the widowage for families in need.

URGENT NEED — MOTHER & NEWBORN IN CRISIS

Today, a mother and her newborn arrived at our gate from the mountains in critical condition.

• Mother (Chelta) is struggling to breathe due to severe fluid in her lungs and needs urgent transfer to a specialist
• Baby (under 2 months old) has a high fever and requires immediate care at our local clinic

They arrived with nothing.

Immediate needs:
• Medical transport for mom
• Emergency care for baby
• Formula, diapers, clothing, bedding
• Financial support for a caregiver while mother is away

We are asking for $300 immediately to respond to this emergency.

The baby has not yet been named — something not uncommon in extreme poverty. Our director has been asked to name him so he can be registered for care.

If you can give, please do so now:
PayPal: http://PayPal.me/710foundation
(Or Venmo / check / cash)

Please also lift Chelta and her baby in prayer.

URGENT NEED – MEDICAL CARE FOR A WIDOW IN OUR VILLAGE

Madam Elissianne is the first widow supported through the 7:10 Foundation. She lives on our property in Haiti and is the sole provider for her grandson.

She is currently facing serious health issues:
• Uncontrolled high blood pressure
• Very high cholesterol
• An enlarged heart
• Ongoing need for weekly care and daily hospital injections

Despite strong medications, her condition is not stabilizing.

In Haiti, medical care is not only difficult to access—it must be paid for upfront. Medications, hospital visits, and even proper nutrition are often out of reach.

She has been advised to follow a healthier diet (including items like olive oil), but food costs alone make this nearly impossible.

Immediate Need: $250

This will cover:
• Essential medications
• Hospital-administered injections
• Basic groceries to support her recovery

Without proper nutrition, her medications will not be effective.

This is a critical moment for her health and survival.

If you would like to give:
Venmo / PayPal / Check / Cash
(Link in bio or message us directly)

We also ask for prayer—for healing, strength, and provision.

Thank you for standing with widows and families in Haiti

Tomorrow we celebrate a beautiful milestone.
Roseberline turns 14.

When we first met Rose, she was only 4 years old and weighed less than 20 pounds. She had endured abandonment, neglect, severe malnutrition, and life-threatening health challenges that no child should ever face.

But today she is something incredible.

A healthy, thriving, compassionate, intelligent, and talented young woman who knows she is loved and wanted.

Her story is one of the reasons the work of the 7:10 Foundation matters.

There are still so many children in Haiti facing the same hardships Rose once faced — hunger, instability, lack of medical care, and limited access to education.

In honor of Roseberline’s birthday tomorrow (March 8th), we are inviting those who feel led to help us continue caring for children like her.

If her story touches your heart, you can give in her honor.

Every gift helps provide food, medical care, education, and hope.

Day 8 — Staff Payroll

Today we focus on the heartbeat of our work in Haiti:
our local staff.

These men and women show up every day with courage, compassion, and faithfulness — often in conditions that are unstable, unsafe, or unpredictable. They serve widows, feed families, support children, manage logistics, coordinate care, and bring hope exactly where it’s needed most.

Our staff members are:
• Care coordinators
• Educators
• Meal program support
• Community liaisons
• Safety and transport helpers
• Administrative support
• Field workers who enter vulnerable areas so others don’t have to

They serve in the midst of rising costs, gang activity, transportation challenges, and food insecurity — yet they show up with love and dedication.

Payroll is not just a budget line.
✨ It is how we honor the people who carry the mission.
✨ It is how we sustain hope on the ground.
✨ It is how we empower Haitians to serve Haitians — with dignity.

Your generosity today helps ensure that our staff can continue providing life-changing support every single day.

Day 7 — Housing Support

Today we focus on one of the most pressing needs for vulnerable families, widows, and single mothers in Haiti: safe and stable housing.

Many of the homes we encounter are:
• Structurally unsafe
• Leaking during rain
• Missing doors or windows
• Without proper flooring
• Built from fragile materials
• Damaged by weather or instability

For widows, single moms, and children, even small repairs can make the difference between safety and danger — between staying dry or losing everything when storms come.

In Haiti’s current climate, where gang violence and displacement are rising, having a secure place to sleep is a lifeline.

Your gift today helps provide:
• Roofing repairs
• New doors and windows
• Safe sleeping mats or beds
• Concrete flooring
• Emergency relocation support
• Materials for rebuilding damaged spaces

✨ You help create stability where fear once lived. You help protect families who have nowhere else to turn.

Day 6 — Support for Single Moms

Today we honor and support the single mothers in Haiti who courageously carry the full responsibility of their homes. These women are raising children, earning income, protecting their families, and navigating daily challenges — often without any support system.

In Haiti’s current economy, with rising food insecurity and gang activity affecting travel, markets, and safety, many single moms face impossible choices:
Do I feed my children or pay school fees?
Do I buy medicine or buy food?
Do I risk unsafe roads to reach work or stay home and lose income?

Your generosity today helps provide:
• Food support
• Emergency assistance
• School materials for their children
• Transportation help
• Medical needs
• Stabilizing care during crisis moments

Single moms carry so much with so little.
✨ Your gift lifts a burden they should never have to carry alone.

Day 5 — Meals

Today we turn to one of the most urgent and ongoing needs in Haiti: daily meals.

For many families, widows, and children, food insecurity is a constant struggle. Rising food prices, limited access to markets, and instability caused by gang activity have made it increasingly difficult for families to feed their children even once per day.

A simple meal — rice, beans, a small portion of protein — provides more than nourishment.
✨ It provides strength, hope, and the ability to focus in school, work, or daily life.

Many children in Haiti attend class hungry. Many widows go without so their children/grandchildren can eat. Some families stretch a single meal across two days.

Your generosity today helps provide:
• meals for children
• Grocery support for families
• Emergency food distribution for the most vulnerable
• Nutrition for widows who have no one to help them

In a season when many of us gather around full tables, your gift helps ensure someone else has something to put on theirs.

Day 4 — School Uniforms

Today we turn our focus to another essential part of education for children in Haiti: school uniforms.

While school is required—just like in the United States—it is not free, and every child must have a complete, approved uniform to attend.
For many families already struggling with tuition, food, and transportation, uniforms become an additional financial barrier.

A proper school uniform includes:
• A school-approved shirt
• Skirt or pants
• Required shoes
• Required socks
• Required hair ties for girls
• Sometimes specific colors or patterns that must match the school standard

If a child doesn’t have the correct uniform, they cannot enter the classroom.

For single mothers and widows—especially in today’s unstable economic environment—uniform costs can mean the difference between a child attending school or staying home.

✨ Your gift today helps provide a child with the required uniform so they can learn, belong, and take one more step toward a hopeful future.

Day 3 — Medical Emergency Care

Today we highlight one of the most urgent and challenging needs in Haiti: medical emergencies.
Illness, injury, fever, and infection are common — but access to care is anything but simple.

Families face three major barriers when a medical crisis hits:

1. Affording the cost of care

Most families cannot pay for:
• Doctor or clinic visits
• Emergency fees
• Antibiotics and medication
• Bandages and wound care
• Transportation to a clinic
• Follow-up treatment

Even minor infections can turn life-threatening when care is delayed.

2. The safety of traveling to a clinic

With gang activity affecting major roads and neighborhoods, simply getting to a hospital can be dangerous.
Families must weigh the risk of traveling through unstable areas against the urgency of the medical emergency — an impossible choice no one should have to make.

3. The hidden costs of hospitalization

In Haiti, when someone is hospitalized:
• A family member must retrieve all lab tests and personally return the results to the doctors
• The family is responsible for feeding the patient
• All toiletries, bedding, and basic care items must be purchased and brought from home

This means a medical emergency becomes not only a physical crisis…
but also a financial, logistical, and safety burden that many families simply cannot carry.

✨ Your gift today helps provide emergency treatment, medication, and urgent care for those who have nowhere else to turn. Your generosity can literally save a life.

Day 2 — Groceries for Widows

Today we turn our hearts toward the widows we serve in Haiti. Many of these women carry the full weight of their households alone. With rising food prices, unstable markets, and the ongoing pressures caused by gang violence, putting food on the table is becoming nearly impossible.

A simple bag of groceries — basic staples like:
• Rice
• Beans
• Cooking oil
• Seasoning
• Canned fish

…provides an entire week of meals for a widow and her family.
And the cost? About $30 USD.

For women already grieving loss, displacement, or instability, this gift is more than food —
✨ it is relief, dignity, and a reminder that they are not forgotten.

Your generosity today helps us place hope directly into the hands of a widow who needs it.

Day 1 — School Fees

Today we begin our 12 Days of Impact with one of the most foundational needs for families in Haiti: school fees.

Just like in America, education is required for children in Haiti.
But unlike the USA, there is no free public school system. Families must pay tuition — and that’s only the beginning.

To attend school, every child must also have:
• Required uniform
• Required socks and shoes
• Required hair ties
• Supplies
• Fees for mandatory exams that determine if they can advance

In Haiti’s current economy, with added pressure from gang violence and rising food insecurity, many parents must choose between feeding their children and sending them to school. When even food is scarce, education becomes unreachable — and futures begin to dim.

✨ Your gift today helps cover school fees and keeps a child in the classroom — safe, learning, and moving toward a hopeful future.
