For effective fat loss there are 5 areas that need your focus
1. Nutrition (the determining factor)
2. Workouts and activity (the accelerator / how fast you lose)
3. Sleep
4. Stress management
5. Water
The last 3 items dictate for most people if they stick to the plan enough to be successful. If you can make the food simple and enjoyable thats 60% of the battle, then focus on taking care of stress, sleep and water. With those in line its much easier to execute proper eating.
