For effective fat loss there are 5 areas that need your focus
1. Nutrition (the determining factor)
2. Workouts and activity (the accelerator / how fast you lose)
3. Sleep
4. Stress management
5. Water
The last 3 items dictate for most people if they stick to the plan enough to be successful. If you can make the food simple and enjoyable thats 60% of the battle, then focus on taking care of stress, sleep and water. With those in line its much easier to execute proper eating.

The process is very simple to write out. But very difficult to do long term. How can we help make it simple and enjoyable for you??
