Craving fresh, chewy bagels packed with protein but don’t want the hassle (or the carbs)? These viral Greek yogurt bagels are your new go-to! Made with just 4 simple base ingredients, they come together in minutes and bake up golden and delicious. I tested both savory jalapeño cheddar and sweet blueberry strawberry versions — both turned out incredibly tasty!
Ingredients (makes about 4 bagels):
• 1 cup flour
• 1 cup Greek yogurt
• 2 tsp baking powder
• ½ tsp salt
• Mix-ins of choice: jalapeño + cheddar, blueberries + strawberries, or your favorites!
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
2. Mix the dough ingredients until a soft dough forms.
3. Fold in your chosen mix-ins.
4. Shape into bagels and place on a baking sheet.
5. Bake for approximately 26 minutes (give or take 1 minute, depending on your oven).
6. Let cool slightly, then enjoy!
These bagels are incredibly versatile — eat them plain, toast them, air fry for extra crispiness, or top with cream cheese, butter, or your favorite spreads. They’re perfect for breakfast, snacks, or a quick high-protein meal prep option.
