Everyone meet Mija!!

1. How long have you been playing?
I think now like 9 months 😶‍🌫️

2. What brought you to rugby?
My TWIN Mic! She joined a couple years ago and told me I should get it out once I hit the area and I did this past November. Never looked back since.

3. What does rugby mean to you?
I think its bad ass and its awesome to meet some group of ladies that are strong and motivated.

4. What has been your proudest rugby moment?
My proudest moment was making my first try ever from a pick & go that I just learned that week of practice!

5. Any advice to new players?
Just come check it out, its not as scary as it seems and you'll love it to.

1. How long have you been playing?
I think between 1.5 to 2 years? Im honestly not sure:rolling_on_the_floor_laughing:

2. What brought you to rugby?
I used to play soccer since I was 8 years old, but then suddenly I was not being fulfilled by it so after the Olympics my girlfriend told me to try out Rugby, and I love it!

3. What does rugby mean to you?
Its a great way to let out some stress in a healthy-ish way, plus I live the community and the team!

4. What has been your proudest rugby moment?
I am between two, my first try and that picture where me and Jojo are lifting a player up (we all know what im talking about lol)

5. Any advice to new players?
Keep coming! Ask questions! Definitely rest after games and listen to your body!

1. How long have you been playing?
4 years and counting

2. What brought you to rugby?
My teammates Hubby messaged me one day and I had 2 practices under my belt and played my first 7s tournament that same weekend and I'm still here lol

3. What does rugby mean to you?
Rugby means family!! The community and the friendships that have been built is truly something special that you just can't find in any other sport !

4. What has been your proudest rugby moment?
Becoming part of the Ventura Lady Outlaws

5. Any advice to new players?
Give it a try you won't be disappointed!

1. How long have you been playing?
2.5 years

2. What brought you to rugby?
My friend in college dragged me to a practice one day and I fell in love with the sport!

3. What does rugby mean to you?
Rugby means community, comradery, and having fun!

4. What has been your proudest rugby moment?
Scoring my first try :sunglasses:

5. Any advice to new players?
Just show up with an open mind, and always do your best. Trust your teammates and trust your coaches, and you'll go far.
