3. Pool hours are 6 AM-11PM. Pool is heated from approximately April through October.
4. No gum, eating or drinking in the pool. The pool is a non-smoking facility. Smoking is
allowed in the parking lot. No glass allowed in or around the pool.
5. Children under 16 years of age must be supervised by a responsible adult. Children 16
and
older can supervise and be responsible for siblings until 8:30 pm. Non-members
(babysitter, daycare provider, etc.) cannot bring member's children to the pool.
6. Do not let anyone in the pool compound. Members have their own key to get in and
out. Make sure door securely closes behind you.
7. Each family is allowed to bring 2 guests. Members will be responsible for the actions of
their guests.
8. No running, pushing, profanity or rough housing allowed. Bikes and skateboards may
not be ridden in the pool area.
9. Swimsuits are required. All incontinent individuals are required to wear swim diapers.
10. No animals are allowed except for professionally trained/certified medical assistance
dogs. This is a state health law.
11. Inflatable, plastic or rubber objects (no tires, etc.) intended for the pool must be under 3
feet. No Styrofoam objects or pool noodles are allowed in the pool as they damage the
pool filters. Roof jumping is grounds for immediate revocation of membership with no
refund.
12. Games may be played in the pool must not interfere with the activities of other
swimmers. Be respectful.
13. If you are the last one to use the pool, please close the bathroom doors.
14. Any infraction of these rules will result in confiscation of your key until the next board
meeting which member must attend. After board review, you may or may not get the
key back. If membership is revoked, fees are not refunded. An incident report, signed by
member and board member of the infraction, will also be kept on file.
15. Cameras are in use and will be reviewed for any suspected violation.
