Smoking is confined to the BBQ area or outside of the complex. This includes ci******es and any form of electronic ci******es. Please be considerate of non-smokers and especially children.
4.No glass allowed in or around the pool.
5.No member under 16 years of age will be allowed in the pool compound without the supervision of an adult. After 8:30 PM, no member under 21 years of age allowed in the
pool compound without the supervision of an adult. An adult member may authorize a 16 year (or older) to supervise and be responsible for the children of that member's immediate family only. No non-members (babysitter, daycare provider, etc. are allowed to bring a member's children to the pool.
6.A short shower must be taken before entering the pool.
7.Each family is allowed to bring 2 guests, except for out of town guests, when accompanied by their hosts. Members will be responsible for the actions of the guests.
8.Do not let anyone in the pool compound. They must have their own key to get in and out.
9.No running, skateboarding or horse playing will be allowed in any part of the pool compound.
10.Regular clothing is not permitted in the pool. You must wear swimsuits or hemmed cutoffs. Infants must wear swimsuits and not paper diapers in the pool.
11.No animals are allowed in the pool compound at any time. This is a state health law.
12.Inflatable, plastic or rubber objects intended for the pool may be used provided they do not measure more that 36 inches long. No car tires or anything else not intended for the pool is allowed. Also, no Styrofoam objects or noodles allowed in the pool.
13. Games may be played in the pool, but only to the extent that they do not interfere with the activities of other swimmers.
14.Memberships are non-transferable.
15.Pool keys may not be duplicated.
16.Pool key will not be given to family members to use who do not live in the household.
17.Pool key will not be given to friends to use without member present at the pool.
18.Due to water conservation, showers are limited to rinsing the body and not for shampooing.
19.NO Roof Jumping. Any one caught on the roof or an awning will have their membership revoked immediately with no refund.
20. Any infraction of these rules will result in the loss of the member’s key until the next board meeting. The member must attend that meeting and upon review of the board may or may not get the key back. If the key is revoked there will be no refund of pool fees. An incident report, signed by member and board member, of the infraction, will also be kept on file.
